• The term Consumer refers to any person engaging in e-commerce with the aim of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.

• The term Agreement refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties.

• The consumer confirms that they have the legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable laws to deal with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.

• If the consumer violates this condition, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.

• The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the product or service.

• The store may also provide other related services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of the requested product or service.

• The consumer must use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• The consumer must not use any product or service purchased from the store in any way that violates public morals or applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

• Upon applying for membership in the store as a user, you are required to disclose specific information and choose a username and confidential password for access to the store’s services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and must notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of confidentiality.

• The store shall not under any circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect moral or material loss resulting from disclosure of the consumer’s username or password.

• You are committed to using your account personally and are fully responsible for it. Any use by another person shall be deemed evidence that you have authorized them to use the store on your behalf and at your account.

• You undertake to use the store with seriousness and credibility.

• You undertake to provide true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration and to update such information whenever needed.

• Our store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.

• The consumer agrees that the store may communicate with them regarding this agreement or their dealings with the store by sending general notices to all consumers or specific users.

• If any article or provision of this agreement is canceled or becomes unenforceable, this shall not invalidate the remaining articles, provisions, rules, and terms, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store management.

• This agreement, as amended from time to time as circumstances require, constitutes the mechanism of operation, understanding, and agreement between the consumer and the store.

• The store may impose fees on some consumers depending on the offers, products, services requested, or any fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

• The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under this agreement for any consumer, regardless of the reason for registration.

• Through its partners, the store provides payment services that may be completed fully online through the payment methods available on the store or through any other payment method provided by the store from time to time.

• The store is committed to setting the price of the product or service it offers according to the commonly accepted market value.

• The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and proof of collection for all amounts and profits generated through the store, and to providing the consumer with an invoice for any purchased product or service.

• The store is committed to applying accepted accounting standards in its online store in accordance with this agreement and in a manner that serves legal, economic, commercial, and organizational interests.

• All intellectual property rights relating to the store are fully owned by the store, whether such rights existed before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

• The consumer must respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store name, words, logos, symbols, and other materials associated with or displayed on the store, all of which are fully protected intellectual property of the store.

• The store undertakes to conduct its business through this electronic platform lawfully and in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with this agreement.

• The store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or caused by the consumer or any third party such as shipping companies.

• The store, its staff, owners, and representatives undertake that the product or service is lawful, legitimate, authorized under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and used for lawful purposes.

• The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without notice and for any reason, without limitation.

• This Terms of Use agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the authorities and legal systems of Saudi Arabia.

• If any provision of this Terms of Use agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force until further notice from the store management.

• This Terms of Use agreement, as amended from time to time as circumstances require, constitutes the full agreement governing the relationship, understanding, operation, and contracting between the store and the consumer.

• Arabic shall be the governing language for interpreting this agreement or translating it into any other language.

• All prices displayed for the store’s services or products may be amended from time to time.

• Promotional or marketing offers published by the store are temporary, and the store has the right to amend or discontinue them at any time.

• The parties to this agreement shall deal with one another in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules, applicable laws, or regulations related to the nature of the relationship between the store and the consumer.

• This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store management.
